Most extended Healthcare plans provided privately or through your employer do cover a portion (or all) of Naturopathic medical visits. It's a good idea to check with your individual Healthcare plan provider for details as plans vary. For example, some plans cover 80-100% for up to $300-$500 per year.
Here is a list of insurance companies that we commonly see patients having some coverage available for Naturopathic Doctors:

If you are covered under Pacific Blue Cross, Great West Life, Sun Life Financial, Manulife, Standard Life, Chamber, Green Shield plans we are able to directly bill them at the clinic, meaning you only pay the portion that is not covered (if any). Note: Ensure you are set up for online submissions.
If you are covered under other insurance companies you pay the full amount after your visit and we provide you with a receipt that you send directly to your insurance provider and they reimburse you with a cheque.
If you are on MSP Premium Assistance they will cover $23 per visit. You pay the full amount after your visit and we provide you with the form and receipt to submit to MSP and they reimburse you with a cheque.
